About the Role
As an Inbound Virtual Business Sales Representative, you will handle inbound calls from prospective and existing business clients. Your primary responsibility will be to understand their needs, recommend tailored solutions from T-Mobile’s cutting-edge products and services, and drive sales results.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from business customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored recommendations on products and services.
Effectively communicate the value of T-Mobile’s offerings, highlighting key features and benefits.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and customer satisfaction goals.
Accurately input customer information and sales details into the CRM system.
Stay updated on T-Mobile’s product portfolio, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing customer success.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a remote work setting.
Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate CRM systems and sales tools.
Goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding expectations.
High-speed internet and a professional, quiet home office setup.
Previous experience in telecommunications is a plus but not required.
