Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
Strong knowledge of Apple products, services, and software.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
