(Remote)-Outbound Collections Representative

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Outbound Collections Representative to join our team in a fully remote position. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding payments on overdue accounts. You will use your excellent communication and negotiation skills to resolve payment issues, set up payment plans, and assist customers in finding solutions to settle their balances. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in customer service or collections, looking to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts to recover outstanding payments.
Negotiate payment arrangements and handle inquiries regarding account status.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and payment agreements.
Provide excellent customer service while adhering to compliance and company guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex billing issues.

Requirements:

Proven experience in collections, customer service, or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Familiarity with collections software and tools (preferred).
